Our Team
Panoramic 34 is very much, a family affair. Owned and run by Cathy Frost for over 12 years, Cathys sister Helen as HR and Events Manager and sister-in-law Sarah on accounts. Her two daughters have worked in the restaurant at one point or another as well as her son in law, nephews, nieces and the rest. Fingers crossed, we will be open long enough to have her grand children work here at some point.

Cathy Frost
Cathy is our business owner and has worked in the hospitality industry for many years. Her passion is making the guest experience the best it can be.
As well as looking after the business side of Panoramic, she is very much hands on with the operational side of Panoramic including working with the chefs on menu development, in house training and of course, wine list development.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sean Quirke
Sean started working with the company, as a waiter, back in 2017 and slowly worked his way up to operations manager as of May 2021.
Central to his role as operations manager, is giving the staff the resources in order to give guests the best possible experience they deserve. Key to that is forming and maintaining strong relationships with our various suppliers and contractors.

Helen Scarisbrick
Within a passion for food and hospitality, not only is Helen Cathys sister, but also her right hand woman.
Having been with Panoramic for over ten years now and having had various roles within the company, recruiting and enabling our fantastic staff to thrive, is at the forefront of Helens role.
EVENTS & RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Olivia Frost
Olivia is an advocate for Liverpool hospitality, and has been on the scene since 2015 when she started at Panoramic 34. She’s worked all over the city and abroad. She has since re-joined our team as events manager with a wealth of experience.
Olivia is responsible for our new Private Dining Room and group events, along side managing our talented and dynamic concierge team.
