Cathy is our business owner and has worked in the hospitality industry for many years. Her passion is making the guest experience the best it can be.
As well as looking after the business side of Panoramic, she is very much hands on with the operational side of Panoramic including working with the chefs on menu development, in house training and of course, wine list development
David has been at the helm of Panoramic now for more than a decade, with an International background in 5 Star luxury Hotels (Dubai, Bermuda, and in Perth), David not only brings a wealth of experience but a great understanding of how Hospitality should be.
With an Advanced WSET Wine certificate he is currently studying for his Diploma in Wine. David is the spearhead behind our bespoke and international wine list.
Sean started working with the company, as a waiter, back in 2017 and slowly worked his way up to operations manager as of May 2021.
Central to his role as operations manager, is giving the staff the resources in order to give guests the best possible experience they deserve. Key to that is forming and maintaining strong relationships with our various suppliers and contractors.
Within a passion for food and hospitality, not only is Helen Cathys sister, but also her right hand woman.
Having been with Panoramic for over ten years now and having had various roles within the company, recruiting and enabling our fantastic staff to thrive, is at the forefront of Helens role.
