Reservation Policy & Dress Code

Reservation Policy

Panoramic 34 operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. We also reserve the right to require credit/debit card information for all reservations taken. If you fail to arrive for your reservation in the restaurant, without providing 24 hours notice of your cancellation, there will be a £20 per person cancellation fee charged to the card details you provided to us when making your reservation. For our cocktail lounge, the charge is £10.

If you would like to arrive before your allocated table time for a drink in the cocktail lounge, please call the restaurant or book online to make a booking prior to your restaurant reservation as our cocktail lounge is also reserved seating.

Please note we may be unable to accommodate group bookings of 8 or more guests on one table and guests may be seated across 1 or more tables.

All tables are allocated on the day of the booking and requests for ‘window tables’ are not taken.

As a courtesy to our guests please refrain from using your mobile phone while in the dining room.

No children under 8 years of age are allowed in the restaurant after 6pm.

Reservation Changes

Although we will always try, we may not always be able to accommodate changes to reservations.

Dress Code

Panoramic 34 operates a smart casual dress code policy. No sportswear, including tracksuits and sports kits, no fancy dress, including hen attire. It is our policy to decline admission to anyone considered unsuitably dressed. Jeans and formal shorts are acceptable.
