Reservation Policy & Dress Code

Covid 19

In line with government advice, we ask that all guests wear a face covering when entering the restaurant. Face coverings may be removed once seated at your table, but must be worn any time you leave the table.

As a result of Government restrictions we will be implementing new social distancing measures in all areas of the restaurant and bar. These include temperature checking all guests on arrival and if guests display a forehead temperature of more than 38 degrees they will be refused entry.  We will require a name and phone number of each guest in case of an outbreak of Covid so that guests can be tracked, this being in line with government guidance.  Allocated table times have been reduced slightly to allow time for a thorough clean and reset for the next guests.  We ask all guests to be respectful of other guests and respect the social distancing guides.

Reservation Policy

Panoramic 34 operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. We also reserve the right to require credit/debit card information for all reservations taken. If you fail to arrive for your reservation without providing 24 hours notice of your cancellation, there will be a £20 per person cancellation fee charged to the card details you provided to us when making your reservation.

If you would like to arrive before your allocated table time for a drink in the cocktail lounge, please call the restaurant or book online to make a booking prior to your restaurant reservation as our cocktail lounge is also reserved seating.

Please note we are unable to accommodate group bookings of 7 or more guests.

All tables are allocated on the day of the booking and requests for window tables are not taken.

As a courtesy to our guests please refrain from using your mobile phone while in the dining room.

No children under 8 years of age are allowed in the restaurant after 6pm.

Reservation Changes

Although we will always try, we may not always be able to accommodate changes to reservations.

Dress Code

Panoramic 34 restaurant operates a smart dress code policy. No sportswear, sport trainers or fancy dress including hen/stag themed dress.  Tailored shorts are suitable during our daytime service but not for dinner. It is our policy to decline admission to anyone considered unsuitably dressed.
