As of Monday the 19th of July, in line with government guidelines, face coverings will no longer be mandatory for our guests. We will no longer require contact details from our guests for the purposes of track and trace, however, we will continue to have the NHS QR posters available for anyone who wishes to check-in to Panoramic 34. We are accepting groups of more than six which can be done so via our website or by calling Panoramic 34 from Tuesday to Sunday between the hours of 11am-11pm. Although restrictions have eased, we ask that guests continue to observe social distancing measures and be respectful to other guests and staff in order to keep everyone safe.
Panoramic 34 operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. We also reserve the right to require credit/debit card information for all reservations taken. If you fail to arrive for your reservation without providing 24 hours notice of your cancellation, there will be a £20 per person cancellation fee charged to the card details you provided to us when making your reservation.
If you would like to arrive before your allocated table time for a drink in the cocktail lounge, please call the restaurant or book online to make a booking prior to your restaurant reservation as our cocktail lounge is also reserved seating.
Please note we may be unable to accommodate group bookings of 8 or more guests on one table and guests may be seated across 1 or more tables.
All tables are allocated on the day of the booking and requests for ‘window tables’ are not taken.
As a courtesy to our guests please refrain from using your mobile phone while in the dining room.
No children under 8 years of age are allowed in the restaurant after 6pm.
Although we will always try, we may not always be able to accommodate changes to reservations.
Panoramic 34 restaurant operates a smart dress code policy. No sportswear, sport trainers or fancy dress including hen/stag themed dress. It is our policy to decline admission to anyone considered unsuitably dressed. We kindly ask guests to please ensure the dress code is observed and adhered to in order to avoid the possibility of being refused entry.
