Dress Code

We kindly invite our guests to embrace a smart and elegant dress code during their visit with us.

Dining with us is about more than just dinner; it’s about enjoying an authentic Italian experience, where great food, atmosphere, conversation and style all come together to create a memorable evening.

We encourage guests to make an occasion of it. Whether that’s your favourite dress, a sharp jacket or simply something that makes you feel confident and ready for a special night out. We love seeing guests lean into the experience and enjoy the occasion.

While we do reserve the right to refuse entry where the dress code is not met, our intention is simply to maintain the atmosphere and elegance of the experience for all guests.

Pre-Dinner Drinks 

If you’re planning to join us for drinks before dinner, we highly recommend reserving a table in our lounge ahead of your visit.

Our lounge is a popular and lively space, particularly on weekends and busy evenings and availability for walk-ins can be limited.

We’d love to welcome you early; it’s the perfect way to begin your evening in a relaxed setting with a cocktail, aperitivo or glass of wine before moving through to dinner.

Window Tables and Accessibility 

We’re so proud of our panoramic views across Liverpool and we know this is a special part of the experience for many of our guests. The good news is that all of our tables enjoy beautiful views across the city skyline and beyond.

As much as we understand the appeal of window seating, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee or reserve specific tables, including window tables. All seating is allocated by our team on the day to ensure every guest enjoys the experience as fairly as possible.

If you do have a preference for a city or river view, please let us know when booking and we will always do our very best to accommodate wherever possible.

Should you have any accessibility requirements or special requests, please contact us in advance and our team will be very happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that plans can sometimes change.

To secure all reservations, a deposit is taken at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable should you need to cancel or amend your reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refund requests can be arranged easily by phone or email through our concierge team.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage reservations fairly and allows us to offer availability to other guests wishing to dine with us.

Running Late?

We will always do our very best to accommodate delayed arrivals where possible.

Please note that tables are held for a grace period of 15 minutes after your reservation time. After this point, we may need to release the table to waiting guests or in line with kitchen closing times.

If you are running late, we kindly ask that you contact the restaurant as soon as possible so we can assist where we can.

Young Guests

Our evening dining experience is designed to offer a relaxed and elegant atmosphere for our guests, and we kindly note that we are unable to accommodate children during dinner service.

This allows us to maintain the pace, ambience and overall experience throughout the evening for all diners.

Families are warmly welcome earlier in the day with children invited to enjoy our afternoon tea service or a more relaxed visit to the lounge.

For information regarding young teens dining with us, we kindly ask that you speak directly with our concierge team, who will be happy to advise further.
